Loukas is from Greece where he studied engineering and science before taking a bachelor's degree in Computer System Engineering at the University of Sunderland in the UK. After military service, he moved to Cyprus in 2003 when he married a girl from Limassol. Loukas joined Marine Wings in early 2012 as software developer and administrator.
